This company has cutting edge products that work brilliantly (mostly), a laser focus on making employees and customers happy, great managers and a competent and ambitious leadership team. IRIS is one of the UKs best kept secrets - I would guess that most people are touched by IRIS products everyday. On top of that, IRIS has grown every year for the last 20 years and is highly profitable - making it a secure environment to work in and one where innovation and being the best are valued qualities in employees. Unsurprisingly, the pace of work here is quite fast and everyone is expected to give their best everyday. This is not a place to plod about in or hide under the parapet in - IRIS is too ambitious for that. It’s also a place where you need to prioritise well in order to get the right things done on time. In summary a highly successful, well managed company with great results and a well thought out strategic plan which focuses on making customers and employees happy en route to achieving its ambitious growth plans.
