Where to start? The company had a restructure and made a lot of staff redundant, then decided to merge all of sales into one.
What is happening now is that the restructure was done so poorly that even more staff (long term, years long serving staff members too) have left. Now there is a drought of knowledge about the products and current staff have hardly anyone to turn to for help. Customers are getting increasingly irate with all departments because no one knows how processes work any more so everything is done extremely slowly, if at all!
They have also been pushing for going back to the office despite the threat to public health and the concerns of many staff who think this is a terrible time to be going back with cases rising so badly in the north west. Its like there is no care for our own health, or the health of our families right now (especially when we can do our jobs from home).
It doesn’t feel like you’re cared for, as if you try to voice a concern you are shot down by being told you’re being too negative. We need to voice our concerns to you so we can work through them!
Fewer people are earning commission now more than ever due to raised targets, poor account data and a new commission scheme which means you are paid bonus each quarter instead of each month. This isn’t the same job most of us walked into where we earned a decent amount of money.
