We do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities and ask our staff for their input and feedback to organise our workloads effectively. As an example, we listened to feedback from our employees and launched our Meet Free Friday policy. This initiative encourages our employees to avoid scheduling recurring meetings on a Friday, so to enable more time to focus on long-term projects, personal development, daily priorities, and plan for the upcoming week. We are also delighted to recognise our employees for their hard work and celebrate those who live our values with our quarterly IMPACT Awards. Each quarter, employees can nominate their colleagues for truly demonstrating our IMPACT values. The winner is selected by our Executive team, and gifted with a reward.
