We believe these values – designed by our own employees – helps shape IRIS and support our continued success. We are also delighted to have recently published our Spring/Summer training curriculum, which contains a range of interesting and practical training sessions for all our employees to support their professional development.
We are proud to pay our employees fairly and competitively for their hard work. We are officially recognised as a Real Living Wage employer, meaning we promise to pay a fair wage to cover the real cost of living in the UK, as calculated by the Real Living Wage Foundation. We also run an annual salary review process, offer pay scales in select departments to automatically reward employees when they hit career milestones, provide bonus and commission schemes where eligible, and provide a generous benefits, holiday and charitable volunteering package to all UK employees.
