We are delighted to have expanded into North America in the last two years and have welcomed over 165 employees in Canada and the US to date. Investing in our Americas team is a core focus for IRIS and has formed one of our four key priorities for FY23. We are very proud of all our fantastic acquisitions and have refined our integration processes through experience and with a dedicated team, so that we can smoothly welcome new businesses into the IRIS family. We include newly acquired employees in our initiatives and policies, such as our IMPACT Awards to recognise and celebrate those who live our values, our Made in IRIS CEO Award which offers a $66,000 prize for a great idea that enhances our success, our High Potential Programme and international training curriculum which provide a range of developmental activities to foster career progression, and our Recommend a Friend policy to hire more great talent.
