Since the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, we recognised the importance of bringing our employees back together in offices to socialise, hold in-person meetings, and celebrate a range of events. To support our UK employees whilst travelling for work, we have an extensive expense policy, where travel and accommodation costs are covered by the company. Providing our employees with the opportunity to travel is also in line with our work-life balance commitments, and we encourage our employees to use their paid Giving Back Days to support charities and causes close to their hearts.
