We’re very proud to grow our IRIS family by acquiring fantastic and successful businesses with great people who enable us to provide a greater range of products to our customer base. We’ve refined our acquisitions and integration processes through experience and are proud to have a dedicated team within IRIS focused on welcoming new businesses into the IRIS family. This includes inviting them to our monthly Peakon surveys, global company updates, range of development programmes, and offering our fantastic benefits package for all UK employees. We’ve also been delighted to grow our HR and Finance teams globally to 151 employees, with 36 new members in the last 6 months.
We recognise that IRIS is a fast-paced environment and we work very hard to promote a healthy work-life balance that genuinely encourages employees to take their annual holiday entitlement (26 days + up to 4 days carry/holiday buy for full-time UK employees). We’re delighted to have been recognised as a UK’s Best Workplace’s for Wellbeing for the second year running and are proud to encourage our employees to get involved in charitable giving. Our Giving Back Days are fully paid volunteering days that our employees can use to do good in their community, from litter picking and donating blood, to volunteering at a school or fundraising. In the last 12 months, over 400 days have been spend giving back. Employees who take 3 Giving Backs Days are entitled to have their birthday as paid holiday. We’re so pleased that our employees enjoy using these days to support their communities and charities, as well as reducing their stress and enjoying a great work-life balance.
