We were disappointed to read your comments regarding progression at IRIS, as we are just as passionate about opportunities for experienced employees as we are for new starters. For our Sales employees, we are proud to provide individualised coaching with a personal development expert, as well as other great training and continuous development and career opportunities. Ensuring everyone has the opportunity to develop and achieve their aspirations is extremely important to us, which is why we’re proud to support our fantastic managers with extensive training, meaning they have the resources to offer a direct support system for conversations and advice about progression, mentoring and coaching. In the past 12 months we’re proud to have offered 25 employees in Marketing and Sales the opportunity to progress their career through promotions and role changes.
