Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re delighted that you recognise your fantastic colleagues and supportive managers who #MakeItHappen. We’re proud to provide all our employees with a range of opportunities to support their growth and development, such as our High Potential Programme, to support the business’ future leaders, our seasonal training curriculum with courses for everyone, from graduates to managers, and our fully funded apprenticeships and Masterships. We’re very proud of the strong communication between our leadership team and the rest of the company. We’re delighted that each month our Executive team share updates and exciting news from their areas on a global Teams Live call, garnering over 500 attendees each month. Each month our CEO reminds employees of our key priorities for the year and business objectives for each Executive member. We’re also proud to have a diverse workforce and celebrate our differences, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and can bring their whole self to work. Recently, we celebrated Disability Pride Awareness month and look forward to celebrating Black History Month in August.
Paying our employees fairly and competitively for their hard work is of the upmost importance to us, and we're delighted to be officially recognised as a Real Living Wage employer. This means we commit to paying a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK as calculated by the Real Living Wage Foundation. On top of this, we run an annual salary review process which includes benchmarking data, to make sure we are paying fairly and competitively compared to the market. We also offer pay scales in select departments to enable employees to grow their salaries as they grow their skills, and operate a range of generous bonus and commission schemes to recognise and reward hard work. Please see our Pay and Reward intranet page for more information.
We’re also delighted to offer a range of benefits for our UK employees that can be tailored to their current needs and lifestyles, from including company-funded private healthcare, employee assistance programme, discounted gym memberships, matched pension with NI uplift, our electric car scheme and many other opt-in benefits. In addition we offer a range of remote social activities, for example our Christmas Quiz and Drag Bingo, and encourage employees to make the most of the office by signing up to in person training and team meetings to get face to face connection. Travel for these activities can be expensed in line with our UK Expense policy.
We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please speak to your HR representative, contact EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk or leave a comment in our next Peakon survey. Kind regards, the HR team
