We’re committed to being a great place to work and providing rewarding careers for our salespeople as we continue to grow. Rest assured, we haven’t removed our teleprospecting teams – far from it! Now, each team has dedicated teleprospecting resources so that they have greater connectivity and a chance to learn. We have also created a dedicated ‘Pathways’ team specifically to focus on delivering high volume leads and sales. We have recently hired a new Chief Marketing Officer to drive our strategy and bring even more leads and prospects to the sales teams.
We’re also committed to the progression and development of our salespeople. Our new hires now receive 2 weeks of classroom training and 6 weeks practical skills development and coaching in Base Camp to get them up to speed and earning their commission quickly. As individuals progress, we increase their sales targets at the same time as the ability to earn additional commission grows, with the opportunity to work on bigger, more complex and more valuable deals. We offer a defined pay progression scheme to support rapid salary development within your first few years at IRIS.
