At IRIS, we’re proud to operate a total reward package that includes extensive and tailorable benefits, bonus schemes, increased holiday entitlement, and fantastic opportunities for recognition, training, and career growth. We also run a companywide annual salary review process that uses external benchmarking data to ensure consistency and fairness, and to make sure we’re paying in line with market rates. Our managers receive dedicated training on how salary decisions are made, and we work closely with Heads of Function and Senior Leadership to apply best practices and standardised rules across the business.
