Pros

Great discount on merchandise, beautiful clothing

Cons

Incredibly high staff turnover, inexperienced management, the retail director is an absolute wreck, insurance benefits are costly yet far from top tier, the brand is completely oversaturated in the wholesale market which poses a challenge for the standalone stores, no growth opportunities

Pros

You learn a little of every single thing, from management to stock inventory, writing reports to improving your clienteling skills, visuals, to taping boxes and taking out the trash.

Cons

Once you learn a little of every single thing, you get suckered into doing EVERY THING, but aren’t compensated enough for your existing or new found skills. On top of everything you’re learning, you are also required to sell, and no matter how productive you are when it’s slow, the company ONLY cares about the numbers. Instead of hiring full time associates to do each separate job, you’re using everything you know about everything which then means you’re doing the job of 6 people at about a 65% potential (high percentage if you’re good at all you do, just because they want to save money), when if they hired people who specialize in each department you can produce the numbers required and not dred to going to work daily.
