Cons
- Pay and benefits are just okay (there is retirement matching, though mininal, and free health insurance, but it's mediocre with no HSA)
- Private parking lot fills up and people's cars have gotten damaged when parking in the street
- In-office preperations for Covid have been done, but there is not enough enforcement of mask-wearing and social distancing
- Can get loud in the office from people talking (could be a pro or con depending on how you work)
