Pros
None. Absolutely none. Maybe health care benefits and a few nice coworkers here and there but the bad outweighs the good real quick.
Cons
Unrewarding work, and repetitive. Benefits are mediocre - they combine sick and vacation pay. So while it takes a long time to build up vacation hours - get sick and you lose it all. No raises Management is a joke. They constantly are understaffed and will make you work a job meant for 2 people - which actually isn’t too bad until the management micro manage you and constantly tell you, you’re not meeting expectations (hello? One person for a 2 man job?) Manager never talks to you, and very inconsistent with wants so you never know how to do things on your own - bc manager will constantly change rules. You are always wrong Work environment is very toxic. Management will yell at you instead of communicating. Customers will also yell at you. Other departments are always out to prove you wrong and order you around. Customers are demanding of expectations and expect us to perform the impossible when we lack manpower (again understaffed) Know you are worth more than what they pay you here. Avoid working here. If you do work here, leave as soon as you can
