Horrible Management - Security Guard ISM Security Employee Review

I hit a rough patch in my life and their management went out of the way to work with me. They helped me find a place closer to home so I could be with my family. The Manager Derek was professional and was easy to deal with even though I was difficult at times.

You get what you put into it

It's a paycheck, that's it. The dispatching staff is good. Also, they'll let you work as much as you want.

The biggest con is that there are no pay raises. There is limited upward mobility.
