As you know, we have an electronic suggestion box, a physical box for comments, and an open door policy to our senior team to raise any concerns as well. The leadership team recognizes that of our employees have been putting in long hours to ensure our continued success here at ISO Claims Partners and this is truly appreciated. As current employees are aware, we are finishing up our recruiting efforts to fill 15+ openings and train all our newly hired employees.
