      Great team, interesting projects - IT Project Manager IT Consultis Employee Review

      Pros

      - very supportive team ; I always felt backed up in case of questions or difficulties - interesting projects ; I was able to learn about static sites, community-based platforms, e-commerce , ... - friendly relationship between the team members ; even after work, we kept hanging out together, which is a great sign of a good atmosphere - the management gave me the chance to try a new position and had trust in me, which is super valuable

      Cons

      - some small projects weren't that interesting and weren't too profitable (I heard it has changed now)

      Pros

      - The bosses are really nice. They have noble character and strong personal abilities. Everyone, including the Ayi, is fully respected - Flexible work - Friendly co-workers with good diversity - The best moment in my career

      Cons

      - Lacking of a role of tech leader participating in company decision-making - Getting exhausted among the little projects that not so profitable. - Unprofessional human resource management. - Low salary

      Dear Former itcer, We are glad that you felt that we cared about you and about our team overall. We like to say that we treat our Teammates the same way we like to be treated. Regarding the cons, it shows that your experience with itc dates from few years ago. Now we only focus on big projects, bringing better ROI for the company and Teammates can benefit from it too. Each PMs are managing their own P&L. And we also have a new HR Team in place.

      -People are amazing, always willing to help out -Cohesive team atmosphere, especially when it comes to creative problem-solving -Ability to carve out own role, new ideas and improvements welcome -Management very understanding and flexible with work-life balance

      Cons

      -Company is small-medium sized, comes with own challenges as "start-up"
