Pros
If you are a junior employee or a recent graduate, ITC is a great company to start your career and get some experience under your belt. You will be required to familiarize yourself with Oracle technology very quickly and, yes, they will want you billable as soon as possible, with little or no training from their side. But if you are really technology savvy and have a thick skin to make mistakes in front of clients for your first couple of assignments you'll be able to quickly gain experience and be exposed to opportunities you wouldn't have with another employer.
Cons
If you are a senior professional, I'm not sure this is a good company to work for. Salaries are usually static, and you'll be responsible for hiring people on a minimum budget, leaving you with a mostly junior or underskilled team. And yes, you'll be held accountable for their mistakes due to inexperience. Infrastructure is not the best either. Most managers (middle and senior) are stressed out and overworked. Forget about any life-work balance here. You'll be expected to work very long hours. You may be better off developing a manager career somewhere else.
