1. Lets begin with pay cut without notice . 2. Your work-life balance will be like 1/10 (Only if I could rate it 0 on scale). No work life balance. On an average employee spend 12 hr daily for work. . You will never have time to spend with ur family. They may ask you to work on Saturday and Sunday and wont give comp off. 3. Employees were asked to leave without any advance notice and salary. 4. Higher management are like goons in a south indian movie. 5. HR department is just for name sake.
