      Pros

      Cosmetics industry experience, good people in the bowels of the company but never get real recognition.

      Cons

      Senior leadership cliquey If you're not in the inner circle, you're nobody. Very disorganized about what they want or want dishonest practices. Upper leadership of a multimillion dollar company haven't had any real world corporate experience and it shows.

      Set schedule and list of daily tasks, free goods 2-3 times a year, great pay and benefits, impactful work

      Cons

      Since the team was small, sometimes our efforts felt unnoticed, but towards the end of my time, the recognition was evident
