Pros
-Well paid for an area like Ely -Some good people working there who really want to make a difference
Cons
How long have you got? -The founder. Never have I met a more impersonal leader. A man not interested in making his company a happy place to work, or taking the time to be personable with his staff/minions. If you want your staff to care about what they do, and turn the fortunes of this company around, create a workplace that demonstrates a consideration for its employees and perhaps you may see results. - Small town business mentality. You know those stereotypes of small town businesses? I.e. one toilet for everyone to share, insipid Wernham Hogg type office layout. All apparent here at ITG. - A HR team with no clue how to handle staff conflicts. - Staff members forced into positions of power, by the ITG Hierarchy, for which they are not professionally trained and are unable to handle the responsibility which comes with it. - Lack of ethnic minorities: One big total white wash. Coincidence? I'm not sure. It's 2018, ITG. Maybe take a step back and look into your hiring policy?
