Great group of people all working closely together, everyone is available to help at any time. Many organizations often have a poor culture or a culture that does not match what you are told. Not the case here for sure.

Benefits are pricey, I do not think that's unique here it seems to be the case with many employers these days. 401k 3% or 4% match would be nice.
