I am sorry that you feel the way you do about your job and about ITC. We value our technicians and know that all of you work hard to maintain a positive image for ITC and our client. Being that you work in a project office for a specific client the schedule can change at a moments notice due to client demands. We try and make the transitions as seamless as possible but know that not everyone will be happy. We do appreciate you taking time away from your families to work the mandatory overtime we have been asked to enforce over the next few weeks.
