      Since they are a medium-sized company the salaries are not good enough Some projects will require extra hours to be finished

      Pros

      skills development, team building, help to loose shyness. You get ti improve a lot of things during your performance in the company.

      Cons

      bad salaries, sometimes they preffer to keep you in a position that is not the best for a project, eventhough you might have all what it takes to support it and make it a reality.
