Pros

Only decent thing about working here is the staff... Although they are dwindling rapidly

Cons

Start apricating the employees that stay, the bonus keeps dwindling every year. Low performers need to be performance managed not left to do whatever they want. Stop micromanaging to high heaven and chasing for connections all the time. You open your mouth and get labelled, even though they ask for opinions on things. You end up with a manager down south even though you are based up north, barley any support. No growth opportunities, they promise you the world and then don't fulfil promises, if your face doesn't fit that's the end of it.

Pros

People at the same level as you knew what kind of creak you are up with no paddles. So the trauma bonds are strong.

Cons

Management are inexperienced, insensitive and incompetent. People are treated like robots there to be punished. Payrise is not a thing. Career opportunities are not a thing. If you truly need overtime, you'll never get it. Lazy workers are rewarded. More CFO's and COO's than I've ever seen come, mess up, and go. Then the hardworking people get blamed for C level mess ups. Staff turnover is rife. HR are not your friend. If you love being micromanaged then this is the place for you.

Pros

It’s a really nice place to work overall. People are supportive and easy to work with, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration across teams. Everyone is quite driven, but in a positive way, and there’s a shared focus on solving problems and doing the right thing for customers. One thing I really appreciate is the regular updates from leadership. They give a clear view of how the business is doing and what’s happening in the market, which helps you understand the bigger picture and how your work fits into it. From my experience in the Salesforce team, the managers and architects are very supportive and approachable. They’re also flexible and understanding when it comes to balancing work and family commitments, which makes a big difference day to day. The hybrid working setup is another big plus, along with the overall benefits. It feels like a place where you’re trusted to get on with your work, while still having the support you need.

Cons

No major concerns at present
