Good Startup company for Freshers who want to build career in IT field - Anonymous employee ITTStar Consulting Employee Review

ITTStar Consulting is a company where you will learn a lot and grow. I am working here in implementation team who have extensive knowledge in cloud computing and all other stuff. I found myself lucky enough who learn hell lot of things in couple of months. Thanks Nanda, Harsha and Ashwin.

None so far, I can say that

Honestly No pros at all. I gave it a thought

1. Low pay 2. No health insurance provided by employer(has to come out of paycheck) 3. Not getting paid on time. 4. Long time to get placed and accommodations provided for on bench 5. Not paying employees for several hidden conditions stated on the joining contract. 6. No Transparency in communication of details to candidates. Everything is hidden and we have to let them do thier job per my experience. Hope this helps new folks who are trying make a decision to start their careers.
