I very much enjoyed working here. Passionate, considerate, and SMART people. I learned a lot and that was key. At ITVS you’re here to gain experience, or be part of a mission, or do what you love… but not really to make money.

ITVS is admittedly tight on budget (which they can’t really help, they go through fed funding something like every 3 years). But those who can and do stay are its biggest cheerleaders. But it’s probably hard to gain and retain new talent with a limited budget.

Very mission driven, some of the best, dedicated, caring staff. Fulfilling job supporting filmmakers.

Very low salaries with staff barely scraping by. Feel bad for families. Sometimes issues with communication and collaboration between departments, silo issues. Upper leadership not very diverse.
