      Pros

      learning experinece was good, colleague will help without any hesitation

      Cons

      work life balance is not good , Based on project and manager dependancy you have to work in any time ...you have to work in weekend , night shift etc...there will be no compensation or increment for the past 3 yrs.

      Pros

      Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

      Cons

      Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
