Great Opportunity for Learning and there are super complex problems to solve and one can apply all their skills and create an impact.

Cons

Salary Hassles Delayed Salary No increment for the last two years. Forget Work Life Balance. Forget long term , Short Term goals - They focus only on Immediate Steps and battling with the similar problem across customers

Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

Cons

Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
