Excellent company to grow in - Anonymous employee IW Group Employee Review

Agency work is hard but all my colleagues made it fun to be in the office; looked forward to coming in! Made the strongest relationships at IW and I learned a lot about advertising and PR compared to other companies I've worked for. There is definite room to grow here and I have referred a lot of friends to apply for jobs! They give a lot of creative freedom and it is a collaborative company, which is really important to grow/learn. They care about what you have to say and your ideas!
