Pros
There are pros for some. Not so much for the Iatric employees who have worked here for years. It's never been an easy place to work.
Cons
Iatric had a great reputation 10-15 years ago. Now the reputation among customers and other vendors is horrible. Quality is very low. Moral is very low. There are fairly frequent layoffs, most of which are not publicized. Excellent people have been laid off when with at least a little warning, they could have found another job without destroying lives. Word is, they knew for about a year that the first layoffs were coming, but neglected to show a little kindness to their employees and let them find employment elsewhere. Poorly done Joel. Of course, Joel has handed his company off to a group of late-comers who do not know or care about the great company this used to be.
