I spent more than 10 months working with the Ibericus team. The CEO Patricia is the most caring and charismatic woman I’ve ever met, really focuses on developing each person individually and pushing them to be the best person they can be, same as the rest of the team. I went back to my country to help my parents grow my business and thanks to what I learned with the team during my stay at Ibericus, I was able to manage more than 20 people when I came back. I developed leadership skills, learned how to deal with rejection (I was not the best in the beginning) and to have fun with a great environment by improving my communication skills. There are team members that have travelled more than 25 countries and have the best stories to tell! Really fun vibes. You really gotta be a proactive person and learn from others, because that’s how the team members are.

It is really unfortunate that there are some new people that don’t match with the team energy and they can’t hold themselves to the standards that Ibericus has. I saw people come and go in the early stages that don’t wanna put in the work. I guess that is normal since not everyone wants to put in the same effort to get to the next step. This is not a 9 to 5 job so forget about getting paid a basic salary. I used to make an average of 1.5k per week so get to work if you really wanna succeed here.

When beginning my internship at Ibericus, I felt immediately welcomed by its leaders. The training process is well designed, allowing the employee to master each set of objectives before moving forward. The team consistently exceeds weekly goals and provides an exceptional support system which motivates employees to reach their highest potential. There are frequent “Team Days” which offer an opportunity to build upon your current skills, exchange techniques and experience one on one coaching. The culture is remarkably positive- constantly providing a relaxed yet productive atmosphere in which employees are committed to excellence and encourage open and honest communication. Ibericus welcomes employees with an outstanding Student Mentality, willingness to learn and strong work ethic. Additionally, Ibericus encourages employees to grow both individually and with the company. Overall, Ibericus is an exceptional company that will guide and provide the tools for you to become successful!
