We are a Sales and Marketing B2B company who helps large clients to help market their products and services. According to Merriam-Webster dictionary, the verb 'market' means 'to expose for sale in a market', and the term 'marketing' is defined as 'the act or process of selling or purchasing in a market'. This means that Marketing, implies Sales. And that is what we do. We market those products and services from the Clients that we represent in NYC. Clearly, you have a very poor knowledge of what the term Marketing means, and the origins of the word.
We are paid for the results we bring to our clients, not for the amount of hours we put on. This is what working on a performance based and commission only position means. When the employee brings results, we get paid by the Client, and the employee gets paid. When there are no results, the Client doesn't pay.
We work Monday to Friday and we do the Management Training Program in our daily morning meetings. The methodology we teach for free, has been working successfully for many years. We are sorry you had a bad experience and you couldn't get the best out of it.
Our management made the decision to no longer work with someone like you who had poor performance, lack of integrity and lack of work ethic. We hope you find another opportunity that better fits your needs. Regards
