There are established policies and procedures in place.
Cons
On paper, everything looks structured. Policies, guidelines, all of it. Then you actually try to apply them and realize they don't always hold up in practice... like... okay, so which version are we following now? You'd think something is consistent, then it shifts depending on the situation. It's subtle, but it keeps happening. And once you notice it, it's hard not to notice it every time after that.
