Pros

They don't have anything positive

Cons

A toxic work culture driven by workplace politics can severely impact employee morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. When top management, including the COO, administrators, and nursing superintendents, prioritize personal agendas over employee well-being, it creates a hostile environment. As a result, nurses and wardens, who were once happy and dedicated, are now resigning, leading to a severe shortage of essential healthcare staff. This staffing crisis not only affects patient care but also increases stress and burnout among the remaining employees. Despite these issues, workplace politics continue to thrive, further deteriorating the hospital’s work environment, which was much healthier just five years ago.
