Pros
Some of the people working there were great. None of them were in management though.
Cons
Failure to pay contractors on time (or at all, on occasion), failure to pay out benefits properly. No consistency with pay rises or performance reviews. Limited education or career progression. Complete lack of consistent process. Management would occasionally come up with new ways of doing things but would fail to enforce or support those changes, leaving them obsolete within months. They also consistently agreed to terrible contracts with clients that forced workers into unpaid overtime and unreasonable expectations. This includes public holidays and weekends. Management were always looking for scapegoats so you had to cover yourself (and keep receipts) at all times. They have also failed to pay vacation leave to people who have left the company, despite having the legal requirement to do so. Avoid at all costs.
