      Pros

      The ground level staff who build products are extremely talented individuals. The clients were also great. Diverse range of products to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management are absolutely terrible. They fired loyal, long-term employees to cut costs. If they can screw you out of a dollar, they will. They pay late. They pay partial amounts. The CEO is protected by his loyal hounds who will constantly spout "I don't know". Also the upper management are all related in some way.

      Everyone works hard but there isn't crunch or busy work. Very much focused on delivering what the client needs.

      Cons

      There are not too many developers so we may suddenly get pulled into a project.

      You may have the chance to work with some big brand names.

      Cons

      Everything will turn into a fire drill due to mismanagement and selling a dream to the client. The blame game gets played hard. If you are a contractor, good luck getting paid on time or even at all.
