Pros

The projects here are a blast—you’re not stuck in a box, and there’s plenty of room to flex your creative muscles. The best part is that the team actually listens to feedback and knows how to turn good ideas into great ones. The tools are solid, the workflows make sense, and management is always ready to step in when things get complicated. It’s a place where your ideas actually matter.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like too many projects are competing for the same resources

Pros

Working here has exposed me to larger digital projects than I handled in my previous analyst jobs. I expected another fast-paced environment where daily chaos is the norm, but the pace is quite manageable and things are pretty well organized. I also appreciate that employees are trusted to handle their responsibilities without constantly being monitored.

Cons

Some project timelines are unrealistic, usually because clients have unrealistic expectations.

Pros

They had plenty of interesting projects. I was a part of a couple of them in the first few months.

Cons

In my opinion, the people at the top usually set the tone and impact the workplace culture. Those people were awful here. The unethical and terrible leaders set poor deadlines in projects without consulting anyone because "they were always right." It created many challenges for honest employees like me who wanted to do their best but couldn't due to the horrible pressure. Each day was full of stress, each day was miserable, and each day I thought of quitting. I finally took the essential step when there was no other choice. The only way to stay away from scary and overlapping deadlines is by quitting. Your logical reasoning and pleas will be unheard here. Please avoid hoping for changes that will never come true.
