The culture is heavily male-dominated, which affects everything from communication dynamics to advancement opportunities. Compensation is far below industry standards, and there's little effort to retain or develop junior talent. It's very much a "sink or swim" mentality—those who adapt quickly are rewarded with more responsibility (but not necessarily more pay), and those who struggle are quickly let go without much support.
