Pros
Good commission pay out and fully remote but at what cost? The commission is good but you are definitely working for it. I did not have a lot of work life balance when working here. You are calling ALL DAY long! -not a lot of contact with manager if that’s something you like-they are fairly hands off if you are meeting your numbers
Cons
-Treated like a robot they just want more and more dials yet will give you a 25 cent raise after being there for 2 years -very few holidays off (they will also change your schedule during holiday weeks so you will get off on the holiday but still work the same amount of hours) which I find very shady - constantly changing schedules and hours worked so you will likely work later nights 11-7:30est or 12pm-8:30est, I was even working until 10:30pm est some nights - 200 dials a day or more are pushed - must change your settings when going to the bathroom taking a break taking lunch etc. you are working your full 8 hours everyday non stop -You are just a number on their list they don’t care about loyalty or tenure-they have no growth plans in place to help you move through the company and I felt very stagnant in my role - Can get very burnt out from constant dialing/a lot of people left right before I did because it was not sustainable
