Team work with the staff that actually work their butts off! Appreciation and respect among the team!
Cons
Poor compensation, unrealistic goals with not enough staff to reach them, only care about sales with no regard on how to achieve it, high RN turnover, 12.50 hour days and many with no breaks, opening on Sundays which are normally closed and then told two days before “It’s Mandatory” when it’s not a scheduled work day, same for staying open later than normal all in attempts to “make goal”, rescheduling clients over and over again because of insufficient staffing and expecting providers to give same day treatments to all new clients with heavy days, sales consultants expected to do miracles when there isn’t even enough staff to complete the actual treatments clients pay for, no warnings or performance improvement plans for professional development or chance to improve.
