Pros
I have been with Ideal Image since 2013, I started at Ideal Image, working at the front desk as a receptionist. I loved my job from the very beginning. One of the best parts of this job is getting to interact with people every single day. Connecting with them & letting them know what services we have to offer them to benefit their life. I was a GSC/DCC for 4.5 years -I started doing sales as a "Back-Up sales consultant" to fill in when I was needed. Last last year, our LSC/SFBS got promoted, so when she was promoted, I was also promoted into the LSC/SFBS position. The room for advancement & growth within this company is incredible. I love my team, love my job, I love the opportunity I have to grow within this company.
Cons
Truthfully, the only con that I can think of, is occasionally working holidays. Which comes with just about any job.
