Supposed to be a "positive work environment". Clinic management at this site is not medically trained but expects providers to treat guests regardless of guidelines. No pros to report. Will be leaving soon.
Cons
Hours are misrepresented, staff and management think they know more than the providers and can dictate to providers to treat guests who fall outside the parameters for treatable hair type and/or those who do not follow the no sun, no self-tanning for specific time periods prior to treatment directions given to all guests for safety. Not treated with professional courtesy or respect. Expected to work whenever sales are made even if after scheduled hours, on days off, etc... DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF-RESPECT. One manager goes through providers at an alarming rate. Very difficult to work for at that site in particular.
