Pros
Some of the pros for working at Ideal Image as a GSC is making your own schedule, you and your coworkers are able to plan out your schedules to fit your needs, no need to send request and wait for them to be approved. Also there are no managers in the centers, only regional directors who float.
Cons
The downside of the job is the the micro managing from the directors, and other managerial staff. Since there are no managers inside the store they frequently send out unnecessary emails micro managing our task.
