Pros

*Bottom-up approach from management. They ensure their employees are happy and go from there. *Excellent benefits, they give you a good insurance package, PTO, and flexible hours. *The starting pay is very high and they offer occasional bonuses, raises, and promotions *Drama-free environment.

Cons

*COVID was stressful for everyone, but I think the company handled it well *This wasn’t the right industry for me, but I recommend it to anyone else looking to work in wellness

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
