Pros
I love working for Ideal Image.. I am a very independent and self motivated sales professional.. and working at Ideal allows me to work remote, make a great living , have a 401K, health plan and PTO. I think any company this size has it's ups and downs but, if you keep yourself focused you can make this a great experience.
Cons
The cons are just part of the business... good leads, bad leads, refunds etc.. if you're in sales , you should know what it's like..
