This place is just full of toxicity. The corporate heads just through corporate fluff into conversations but never give real solutions to the real problems here. So many changes in the last 4 months along. New CEO who seems great but gives no answers that help the staff succeed. The company has it all set up to have call center and consultants against one another while still trying to preach about “one team”. Commission used to be easy to make and I made amazing money my first year. Came back from a leave and everything was just TRASH. Advertising is misleading and I am constantly apologizing for the company to leads and clients for being “tricked” by our company. I miss the good days and really saw myself staying here for the long haul. But I am so ready to leave. We do get benefits but they are not as good as they used to be.
