Mentally damaging environment - Anonymous Ideal Image Employee Review

Chronic stress from being shamed due to things beyond your control, no set yearly schedule, pto is rarely approved, micromanaging your every move, daily emails telling you to dial causing a constant state of panic (they want you to mass text and email but you’ll be messaged if not dialing), demoralization/scare tactics, lack of job security, very low base salary and impossible to make commission without working on your days off. Overall it’s a churn and burn culture.
