Intelligent and diverse company - there is a lot to learn here, for the right student.

We're small, so a lot of the systems and processes large companies take for granted aren't in place here - yet.

The Engineering team are some of the best guys and girls I have worked with. The tech is cool and you will be able to get down and dirty with it.

The CEO dose not see workers as people, just replaceable cogs that "we will deal with when they leave". He cant motivate water to fall out of a bucket if that bucket had no bottom. Blinded by the get rich quick path. Complete lack of communication in the company coupled with a very real ignorance of the industry. Despite warnings from employees about the issues with products, long term plans, customer experiences you name it, if you cant tell the CEO his plan is on point and you'll meet the insane deadline then you are wrong. If you do end up working here as a contractor you are going to be handed a pile of crap from a team that is beyond broken.
