Pros
I learned a lot about credit and identity theft as well as things about accidental death polices and other services. When at the call center training was great and the procedures were easy to understand.
Cons
The training was not as it was before Covid and the raises were far apart even when I did not miss work and my work performance was always great as well as my quality. Once the owner changed I didn't feel like I was valued as a person or worker.
